Leave your boring salad behind (you know the one with the spinach, cucumbers, carrots and grilled chicken) and trade it in for a delicious, mouth-watering HEALTHY Cobb Salad. Salads are a great way to get your veggies in, but most salads do not have enough healthy protein and fat. In order to stay satiated all day long and prevent your blood sugar from dropping (hello carb cravings), make sure to get plenty of these essentials.

1 slice hormone-free uncured bacon, cooked and diced
1/2 cup cauliflower, diced
1 hard boiled egg, diced
1/2 avocado, diced
2 cups mixed field greens
3 TBS cold pressed olive oil
1 TBS lemon juice
Sea salt and pepper

In a bowl dress mixed field greens with olive oil and sea salt and pepper. Then create “rows” of ingredients starting from left to right: bacon, avocado, cauliflower, egg, and bacon
