Brick Betty Fit Professional "Tiny Little Chef"

I am not going to lie, there are days where I get so busy that I forget to eat.  Yes, I know that sounds crazy, how does one forget to eat?  My mind is so focused on work and the 8 million things that go along with running a business that my body will shut off my hunger switch.  I am trying to do a better job at eating on schedule everyday and we have actually put an "Amy Eats Lunch" in my Google Calendar that goes off at 1130am everyday.

I am lucky to work with some of the best ladies in the health and fitness industry, one of them happens to be a chef and dietician called the "Tiny Little Chef."  I chatted with Christy (aka Tiny Little Chef) about my food habits and how those habits are affecting me mentally and physically.  I am exhausted and my workouts are horrible,.  It is no secret that I may be the world's pickiest eater, in fact, when I do eat, I eat the same 10 things everyday.  There are a plethora of foods I will not eat because I do not like the taste, however I stay away from many other foods because they make me feel so sick.  One of those foods happens to be carbs because they give me the "I can't button my pants or have anything touch my belly right now" syndrome.  We all know that one!

I am starting "Tiny Little Chef's" 1-week food fix, which provides me 3 meals every day, 2 snacks and substitutions for picky eaters like myself.  I told Christy about my fear of carbs and why I fear them which goes beyond blaming the butter for what the bread did.  She sent me a link to a video that she did about carbs and I think we all can relate to this one entitled "Carbs Are Not Your Enemy."  I wanted to share this with all of you!
