If for any reason you are not happy with your Brick Betty product, please contact our Customer Service department at hello@brickbetty.com within 15 days of receiving your product.  Please fill out the form, which can be downloaded here, place your new, unused and unworn clothing, tags still attached, in a package and return to us. We recommend using a trackable form of shipping.  Of course, if we made a mistake, the return shipping is on us!

All returns need to be sent to: BRICKBETTY Returns Processing, 1124 1/2 S Doheny Drive, Los Angeles, CA 90035.  Most refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days, as it may take up to 5 days for us to receive your returned merchandise. You will see the credit back on your original form of purchase. If you used a Brick Betty gift card for your purchase, you will receive a merchandise credit, which we will email to you.  Gift cards are non-returnable, non-refundable, and not eligible for exchange.

There are certain situations in which refunds are not granted:
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery.  If you contact Brick Betty for a return after the 15 day window, the items are not eligible for a return or refund. 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at
hello@brickbetty.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only items purchased at their regular retail price may be refunded. Items purchased on sale or at a discount are eligible for exchange, if available, and merchandise credit only. Sale or discounted product are not eligible for refund.

Exchanges (if applicable)
Items can be exchanged in the same 15 day window as returns.  If you need to exchange an item, please send an email to hello@brickbetty.com within the 15 day return/exchange period and we will send you a return/exchange form or you can download it here.  It is the customer's responsibility to pay for the return shipping back to Brick Betty.  We suggest using a track-able form of shipping.  All exchanges must be shipped to: Brick Betty, 1124 1/2 S Doheny Drive, Los Angeles, CA 90035

Gifts
Gifts are eligible for return or exchange within the 15 day period of receiving the product.  If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will provide a refund to the original buyer on the original form of payment.
