If for any reason you are not happy with your Brick Betty product, please contact our Customer Service department at within 15 days of receiving your product. Our service team will provide you a return/exchange form, which you can also download here. Please fill out the form, place your new, unused and unworn clothing, tags still attached, in a package and return to us. We recommend a trackable form of shipping.  Of course, if we made a mistake, the return shipping is on us!

All returns need to be sent to: Brick Betty Returns, 1124 1/2 S Doheny Drive, Los Angeles, CA 90035.  Most refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days, as it may take up to 5 days for us to receive your returned merchandise. You will see the credit back on your original form of purchase. If you used a Brick Betty gift card, you will receive a merchandise credit.
